Cold Rolled steel
Steels for bending and deep drawing applications  are intended for the various applications of cold forming. They are used when deformation and ductility properties are more important than strength properties. These steel grades are suitable for a wide range of surface finishing like phosphating, painting, electrolytic galvanizing, etc. Typical applications are to be found in the automative industry, the deep drawing sector, the metal processing, the building industry and the manufacture of profiles and tubes. These grades can be used for normal (DC01) up to deep drawing applications (DC04).
